Job Overview

Responsible for end-to-end AP/AR/TR daily operations, online banking management, cash flow forecasting, periodic financial reporting and month-end closing. Ensure all accounting transactions, bank reconciliations and financial data are accurately and timely recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Support daily capital management and month-end closing, and collaborate with internal teams for financial data delivery and document handover.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Daily Banking & Cash Management

Daily check account balances via NAB, BNZ and BANK OF CHINA online banking. Download and organize bank statements for China entities bank accounts, prepare ANZ Daily Cash reports, and submit relevant statements and reports to designated AR/AP colleagues on time. Maintain complete bank document filing and consistent data for daily accounting operations.

2. AR Allocation & Weekly Aging Follow-up

Complete ANZ receivables allocation within one business day based on official bank transaction records to ensure accurate fund matching. Prepare and distribute ANZ AR aging reports every Friday to support collection arrangement, financial review and credit risk control.

3. Weekly Cash Data Statistics & Rolling Forecast

Update weekly actual transaction data every Monday based on last week’s business activities. Prepare and maintain 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts to support corporate capital scheduling and financial planning, and monitor forecast-to-actual variances.

4. AP Payment & Employee Reimbursement Handling

Verify original receipts and check weekly employee reimbursement applications for authenticity and compliance. Arrange and settle monthly employee expense payments. Process all AP payment requests per scheduled payment dates, ensure standardized and timely payment execution, and complete relevant bookkeeping.

5. Month-End Closing Procedures

Perform standardized phased month-end closing tasks as scheduled:

  • Closing Day 1: Prepare ANZ Sales Report (excluding CM data); upload manual bank transactions for China entities.
  • Closing Day 2: Post employee expense charges and account adjustments; clear foreign currency transactions; complete third-party and ICO AR aging reports.
  • Closing Day 3: Double-check and fully clear outstanding foreign currency transactions to eliminate accounting discrepancies.
  • Closing Day 4: Conduct bank reconciliation for CN30, CN80, HK90, HK92 and KR10 accounts, identify and adjust system-to-bank differences timely.
  • Closing Day 6: Finalize ANZ Sales Report with full CM data.

6. Account Reconciliation & Data Accuracy Control

Reconcile bank balances against SAP system balances during month-end closing. Detect and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly to ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial records and statements.

Core Job Requirements

  • Familiar with full-cycle AP/AR/TR accounting procedures, including fund allocation, reimbursement review, AR aging analysis, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
  • Proficient in SAP operation; experienced in ANZ, NAB, BNZ and Bank of China online banking systems is preferred.
  • Competent in foreign currency transaction processing with strong data sensitivity and accuracy control capability.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, able to strictly follow weekly and monthly financial work schedules.
  • Possess effective communication and coordination skills for cross-team financial data docking and document submission.
  • Able to read and write English proficiently for independent financial report preparation and document sorting.
