Job Title: Account Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stabilize existing business and achieve steady growth through customer management to achieve sales target.
- Execute sales strategy within responsible area in consideration of overall regional sales strategy under the supervision of Sales Manager.
- Observe and analyze markets, competitors and customers to improve sales performance by wining new customer.
- Resolve issues at daily business base, which includes customer complaint, overdue, technical issue and others to maximize customer satisfaction as well as reduce claim and compensation risk.
- Ensure a healthy rate of AR and prevent bad debt occurrence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree with 5 or more working experience in chemical industry or in packaging/label industry
- Strong sense of business development
- Strong ability of communication, convincing and negotiation
- Be able to close the deals independently
- Highly aggressive, resilient and tenacious
