Job Title:  Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

   

  • Stabilize existing business and achieve steady growth through customer management to achieve sales target.
  • Execute sales strategy within responsible area in consideration of overall regional sales strategy under the supervision of Sales Manager.
  • Observe and analyze markets, competitors and customers to improve sales performance by wining new customer.
  • Resolve issues at daily business base, which includes customer complaint, overdue, technical issue and others to maximize customer satisfaction as well as reduce claim and compensation risk.
  • Ensure a healthy rate of AR and prevent bad debt occurrence

   

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor degree with 5 or more working experience in chemical industry or in packaging/label industry
  • Strong sense of business development
  • Strong ability of communication, convincing and negotiation
  • Be able to close the deals independently
  • Highly aggressive, resilient and tenacious
