Position Description

Cover/Trainer– Arden, NC

Title: Trainer

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Train new hires and existing employees as required
• Move to different jobs to as needed
• Help develop and implement best practices within the Blanket process
• Complete required computer work (SAP and Excel)
• Lead small teams for continuous improvement
• Any  assigned additional tasks as needed

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ service in Blankets
• 3 or more certifications in Blankets and reach 5 certifications within 18 months
• Experience with SAP and Excel (preferred)

Safety:

• Be a Safety Champion
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety
• Actively support the safety culture
• Include safety in the training process and monitor for compliance and understanding

• Highly motivated and act with a sense of urgency
