- Be responsible for sales order processing, shipping and delivery management.
- Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales customer/distributor services, timely quotations and information to benefit customers/distributors.
- Oversees the liaison between customers/distributors and appropriate internal organization to resolve customer/distributor inquiries\quotations
- Consignment Inventory Management and Consignment Settlement.
- Provide order status report and monitor customers’ order against sales forecast
- Contribute to development of customer relationships; handle customer complaints for non-product quality related complaints; capture customer expectations/ requirement and feedback to BU/ Functions.
- Responsible for implementing policies, processes and systems under the supervision of line manager.
