Job Title:  IDERA Sales Manager

Xeikon, a Flint Group Digital brand, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for the IDERA single-pass inkjet digital printing press across North America. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong expertise in digital print technology and corrugated packaging who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving market adoption, building executive-level customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for this innovative digital printing solution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the IDERA digital printing press across North America
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Drive market share growth within the corrugated packaging segment
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital printing technologies for corrugated packaging
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
  • Position Xeikon and the IDERA press as a leading digital printing solution in the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executives, plant managers, and technical teams
  • Lead consultative sales discussions focused on operational, quality, and economic value
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline activity
  • Track performance against targets and provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Partner closely with marketing, technical support, and product development teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with the broader Flint Group sales organization to leverage existing relationships and identify new opportunities

 

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of sales experience in the digital printing industry, preferably within corrugated packaging
  • Strong understanding of printing technologies, including inkjet, flexographic, and offset processes
  • Proven success managing complex, long-cycle sales and closing high-value capital equipment deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a consultative sales approach
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America
