Major Areas of Accountability
- Account Management:

- Act as the main point of contact and build a deep understanding of clients' business needs and objectives.

- Hunting for New Accounts:

- Prospect and identify new business opportunities outside of existing accounts.
- Utilize tools and guidance from marketing activities to identify potential clients and industries for expansion.
- Sales Planning and Strategy:

- Develop account plans, sales strategies and proposals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Work closely with the sales support and business development team to align account strategies with overall company goals.
- New Business Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Leverage networking and industry knowledge to uncover new business prospects.
- Contract Negotiation:

- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual arrangements.
- Customer Advocacy:

- Advocate for the client within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
- Manage and resolve client concerns, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management roles, with a successful track record.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
