JOB DESCRIPTION

Position – Quality Control Technician

Division – CPS

Location – Elizabethtown, KY

Experience / Education Requirements

• Must have a basic understanding of ink manufacturing

• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

1. Timely completion and documentation of testing requirements for batch production including batch corrections as necessary.
2. Clear communication regarding non-conforming batches including batch status and action item progress.
3. Perform other duties as required including but not limited to maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, housekeeping, assisting with investigation of customer complaints, maintaining batch retains and standards, and keeping a stocked inventory of laboratory supplies.
4. Participate in special projects as required – undertake problem-solving, root cause analysis; determine and initiate required actions, and coordinate with all parties to a successful conclusion.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Flint Group’s core safety values.
