R&D Project Assistant Manager

- Be responsible for assigned UV development projects - manage, control & and coordinate with relative teams to ensure project objectives fulfilled based on the purpose of innovation/performance optimization/cost saving purpose.
- Project sign off on time to ensure smooth transition of new products.
- Proactively communicate with relative project members to ensure project status are well informed and effective solution has been provided in a timely manner regarding project status.
- Conduct daily experiments to find and solve problem in develop process as well as make necessary reports.
- Develop daily testing method according to requirements from customer, TS, production as well as R&D internally.
- Support Technical Manager to coordinate sampling from plants and customers so as to follow up feedback, as well as document relevant information in order to increase key customers’ satisfaction.
- Test competitor’s products regularly and document relevant information for benchmarking.
- Follow up quality of product so as to give feedback to production and QC in order to avoid quality deviation.
