JOB TITLE:   Graphic Technician Center Manager

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:         

Manage Graphic Technical Service Center process and Personnel to achieve Customer Satisfaction while aligning with Flint Group Performance Objectives

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve a zero-work place injury and incident record by maintaining a clean and organized work place using Lean manufacturing and 5 s techniques. Ensure all Flint Group personnel Comply with Flint Group and customer Safety requirements including your attendance in monthly safety training and the wearing of personal protection equipment.

• Coordinate scheduling of ink orders to maintain adequate supply to meet Customer demand, while aligning with Flint Group inventory days on hand targets.

• Train personnel to Weigh, blend, QC, and deliver in a productive, efficient, and safe manner press-ready inks to meet the demands of the customer’s production schedule.

• Follow appropriate quality control and inspection process to include Color control with X Rite equipment,

• Prepare and maintain accurate manufacturing and quality control records to meet production dates per customer’s schedule, ink adjustments at press, press downtime documents, root cause and corrective actions.

• Scheduling of Ink room personnel to staff Ink room to meet Customer demand, while minimizing Flint Group personnel overtime.

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of all products to support the customer demand while also meeting On Hand Inventory targets.  Work off press return inventory to meet targets.

• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
