Regulatory Specialist

Objective:

Perform essential regulatory tasks to ensure Flint China Daily Business operations;

Maintain and improve regulatory compliance for all matters related to raw materials and finished goods within Flint China.

Responsibility:

1. Check, maintain and verify material regulatory information in SAP (including export control, legal control, etc.).

2. Work closely with procurement team and technical team to review raw material information, and keep MSDS, Regulatory information sheet updated.

3. Check, verify and approve RM via GRMC database regarding regulatory compliance.

4. Work closely with technical and sales team for new product regulatory related testing. Coordinate the preparation and review of regulatory documents such as compliance statement.

5. Coordinate material regulatory compliance test in internal lab and external lab.

6. Closely monitor company products and applied raw material regulatory compliance by testing data analysis, testing comparison.

7. Maintain material information in Atrion (MSDS platform), and  MSDS validation.   

Require:

BS or above in Chemistry or Chemical related.

Minimum 3 years work experience in regulatory or product safety area, SAP experience is preferred.

Fluent English in reading and writing, and essential oral communication.

Good communication skills.
