Job Title:  Technician I, Quality Control

As the Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing Quality Control on products manufactured and / or repacked at the location to ensure products meet customer specifications. Document results in ERP system to maintain records and generate Customer Certificate of analysis. Identify methods and take actions to improve First Pass Quality, as well as to work off SLOB materials with Lab / Technical approval.

Job Responsibilities

• Comply with all Flint Group S, H, E policies and procedures to achieve 0 work place injuries
• Quality Control of products to meet customer specifications and Product Standards in timely fashion to achieve daily throughput demand
• Perform bench work to identify actions to improve First pass Quality metrics
• Actively support company product consolidation efforts to standardize  product systems and implement within branch locations.
• Contribute to branch / Divisional inventory reduction goals through active participation in review of obsolete products and materials ( SLOB ) to initiate and coordinate work off methods.
• Participate and support customer’s Safety program and policies.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
